❗11th edition – hands-on Training of Trainers focused on learning by doing. Gain practical tools, soft skills, mentoring, project design experience, and exposure to diverse trainer styles. Two activities: 15–23 Jun 2026 & 12–17 Dec 2026.
❗“It’s Up To Me” is a long-standing Training of Trainers programme and a well-established methodology developed through many editions and years of practice. It offers a holistic, year-long learning process designed to build high-quality competences for trainers and youth workers who want to transfer know-how, design learning experiences, and implement impactful Erasmus+ projects.
❗The programme strengthens participants’ facilitation skills, project design competences, and capacity to deliver meaningful non-formal education processes. By investing in trainer development, the project contributes to improving the overall quality of future Erasmus+ projects, strengthening organisations, and enhancing youth work practice across Europe.
❗The training is strongly practice-oriented, and workshops are based on the competences defined in the ETS Trainers Competence Model (European Training Strategy). Participants experience diverse trainer styles, methodologies, and real learning situations throughout the process.
