🔎We are looking for a Civil Society Programs Manager (CSPM) who will provide strategic and technical leadership to People in Need (PIN) Armenia’s civil society strengthening, good governance, and civic engagement programs, under the supervision of the Country Director. The CSPM will ensure that all programs are contextually relevant, evidence-based, and aligned with PIN’s global strategy and the evolving civic space in Armenia.
📌This role involves developing and implementing sectoral strategies, ensuring program quality, and fostering strong engagement with donors and partners. The CSPM will represent PIN in external meetings, coordination platforms, and partnerships, leading fundraising initiatives and contributing to program design and proposal development within the civil society sector. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of Armenia’s civil society landscape, including local governance, citizen participation, media, advocacy, and rights-based development, and will ensure that all interventions meet the highest standards of quality, accountability, and ethical conduct.
